Hear Ye, Hear Ye
I have an announcement. Uncle and Aunt (that would be us), now have 26 nieces and nephews, thanks to the recent arrival of Jack and Kami’s (Klynt’s sister) little Elijah. Of course in January, thanks to Kaleb (Klynt’s brother) and Whitney’s extracurricular activities, the count will be at 27. My guess is half of them (the nieces and nephews) don’t even know who we are, and the other half that do, are trying to forget. Anyway, I thought it was pretty exciting, and worth a mention.

Yay, Aunt Dana!
You've got a full 20 on me, but I guess considering i only have one brother and one sister, 26 is quite a lot to ask for!
Oh, you and I are now "bang sisters." I went in to the stylist with a gorgeous photo of a woman with incredibly sexy bangs and long, flowing feathery sides. I told her I want that.
What I got was "Jenny's 5th birthday" bangs.
Unbelievable.
can I borrow the bag you threw over your head for a while?
My kids know and love their aunt Dana! Who else would let them poop on their arm and not drop them?
I've only met 11 out of the 26 so far... i think. so sad!
haha extracurricular activities!! oh my goodness...
we can't wait to see you guys :)
I think that I've met all but two of the kids, but for some of them it's been a LONG time. And since I'm not even an aunt, I'm sure that 95% of them have no clue who I am. What's really funny is that before we went to California last year, I filled my kids in on all of the K's names and then explained about the fact that y'all actually went by your middle names. Then I said the names really fast just for fun. My kids LOVED it. The older two wanted me to slow down so that they could learn them and what first name went with each person. Now they like to say them really fast. We also have pictures of most of you on our fridge (thanks to my mom). Since they don't have any "real" cousins, my kids like to share mine and Matt's. :)
Jenny - Of course you can borrow the bag! My stylist said "give 'em a week, they'll grow." It's been six weeks and they are still shorter then I normally wear them. Oh well, I'm use to them now.
Kami - I almost forgot about that!Wasn't I wearing a white sweatshirt?
Whittles - See you soon!
